Company is also registered in Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) under the Real Estate(Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Which is managed by experienced and ex-personnel of Paramilitary forces.
Defence Awash Vikash Yojna is a great thought of retired force personnel who were faced the problems to fulfil the primary requirement to purchase a home to settle their family at the certain time of their services. Defence Awash Vikash Yojna is concept of AVCC (A Team of retired Defence and Paramilitary force personnel) with an aim of providing residential Houses/Plots/Flats/Shops in a city nearer to their hometown at affordable prices to serving and retired Defence Force personnel and Paramilitary force personnel as well as civilians personnel so that mixed cultures for disciplined force personnel and Civilians can be created in townships.
