At Paramilitary Awash Yojna, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience. This Refund & Return Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds and returns for registration charges paid for our real estate marketing services.

Registration Charges

1.1. Upon registration with Paramilitary Awash Yojna, customers are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1500 (For 1 BHK) & Rs. 2000 (For 2 BHK). This fee covers administrative costs associated with setting up the account and accessing our real estate marketing services.
1.2. The registration fee is a one-time payment and does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

Refund Policy

2.1. As the registration fee is adjustable in the 1st installment of the project cost, but not limited to:
• Dissatisfaction with our services.
• Change of mind.
• Inability to utilize our services for any reason.
• Termination of the account by the customer.

2.2. Once the registration fee is paid and the account is set up, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. It is only adjusted within the 1st installment of project cost.

Return Policy

3.1. As our services are primarily digital and intangible, there are no physical products to be returned.
3.2. In the event of any billing errors or discrepancies related to the registration fee, customers are encouraged to contact our customer support team immediately for resolution.

Exceptions

4.1. In rare cases where Paramilitary Awash Yojna fails to deliver the promised services after the registration fee has been paid, we may consider providing a refund at our discretion.
4.2. Any such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will require thorough investigation by our team.
